Welcome to AralForex! We’re committed to providing high-quality learning materials para sa mga gustong matutong mag-Forex trading. However, we understand na minsan, may mga pagkakataon na hindi tugma sa expectations ang isang course. That said, here’s our Refund Policy:

 

1. Digital Product Policy

Ang course na binebenta namin ay isang digital product. Once purchased, you will have immediate access to all course content, kaya:

We generally do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed or downloaded.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Pwede kaming mag-consider ng refund under the following situations:

  1. Technical issues – Kung hindi mo ma-access ang course at hindi namin ito ma-resolve within 3 business days after mo kaming kontakin.
  2. Duplicate purchase – Kung nagbayad ka ng dalawang beses sa parehong course.
  3. Wrong product – Kung aksidenteng ibang course ang nabili at hindi mo pa ito na-access.

📌 Note: Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and may require proof (e.g., screenshots or payment confirmations).

 

3. Non-refundable Situations

Hindi kami nagbibigay ng refund kung:

  • Na-access o na-consume mo na ang course materials.
  • Nagbago ang isip mo o hindi ka na interesado.
  • Hindi mo nagustuhan ang content dahil sa style, difficulty, o length (course preview is available before purchase).
  • Hindi ka kumita ng pera gamit ang natutunan mo — remember, results vary and depend on personal effort and market conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@aralforex.com with the subject “Refund Request”. Include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address used to purchase
  • Order ID or Transaction Proof
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2-3 business days.
